Rice Paper, Worldtrade Center Causeway Bay, HK

I often have a bad habit for not being tolerant for queuing up. Supposed I wanna check on Crystal Jade but turned out "forget it". Then give this restaurant a 2nd try.

1. This restaurant is of a good location for the harbour view to the east Tsimshatsui. 2. Violet Lime Soda HK$36. Ain't it a nice name? Yes, the name is but after a sip, 3 words 凍檸檳. Yes, they used Ribena's black currant juice mix but thankfully it's not 7 up. Real soda. So a higher class of this local tea room popular drink. For those who left HK over 10-15 years, they may not know right now this drink is very popular, as well as high fiber Holick's.

3. Mixed mushroom on veggie HK$58. Veggie not soaked well. Quite bitter. 4. Stew duck HK$128. The duck smelled and the sauce is a bit too just dark soy sauce taste. Nothing interesting.

5. Pork chop in lemon grass on cold noodle HK$68. At average. 6. Spring rolls HK$68. This one is the best among all the dishes.

7. Steamed rolls HK$58. A bit small and taste average. 8. Blue berry cheese cake HK$36. At average too. The interesting part of this restaurant is they serve all the hot food in 1 minute. I really don't know how they can make it and they serve all of them at once. Not sure if they have telepathy. However, this blue cheese cake took 15 minutes to serve (just in the display fridge).

Wow, cannot believe Ribena is a popular drink in HK now.
This used to be my favorite drink not no more(as it is too sweet).
This drink is only sold at 99 Ranch Market or Tak Shing Hong here.

yes, something in the old time is getting in the trend again. Horlick's is selling their new product high fiber Holick's. One cup (with 2 table spoons) good for half of a whole lettuce.

yes, TC, there are some regular queues at some shops like Crystal Jade, Genki Sushi and some other sushi shops. My colleague used to wait for 2 hours for her favourite sushi in Causeway Bay. She kept doing that every 2-3 times a week. I somehow lack this patience.

2 hours to wait for one meal is too much.
It does not matter how good is the meal it is not my cup of tea. My waiting limit is at most 30 minutes for a meal as I don't have this luxury of waiting time.

Except for Normandie, Lord Jim's, I can't wait for even minus 1 minute. :)
