Passed by TST East and realised the renowned Peking Duck restaurant Tsuen Jue Tak was merged with Phoenix City in South Sea Center. I am not a fan for Peking Duck but when these 2 restaurants merged into one, I became curious to check it out.

1. the sauce, cucumber and Beijing scallion. 2. A classic Pun Yue dish shrimp toast 大良窩貼蝦 HK$68. Fresh shrimp with some milk patty on the toast. Very dry deep frying. Not oily at all. The milk marinated in the shrimp making it very smooth and aromatic, on a very crispy toast. Must try!

3. The chef has a magic cutting skill in finishing 2 plates of duck meat in less than 1 minute! So the duck meat is very juicy and hot! A whole one is just HK$300.

5. They have lots of steamed wrapping. I even took 2 pieces. 6. wrapping.

7. Veggie with tofu sheet in fish soup HK$68. Nice fish soup (of course, I'm not talking about the Southern French fish soup). This one is Southern China fish soup. :) 8. Siu Lon Bao HK$24. Nice pork filling.

9. South African lobster on stir fried noodle HK$148. The Australian lobsters are getting very expensive nowadays. One would cost over HK$1,300 (was HK$600-800). This one is average but no complaint as it's just $150. 10. My favourite sago pudding. No need to explain. Clean the plate!

We have this Duck House in LA too. Exactly the same name.
All the food here looks good.
I like Peking Duck very much.
The Xiao Lung Bao here is expensive ($3 US for 4), similar to Ding Tai Fung price in LA.
Western Rice Pudding is one of my favorite desserts.

I like no.2 from this restaurant. very crowded still in the north point.
It's because this name is a "label" name for peking duck. :)
Anonymous, yes, the one in North Point is really good, so is the one in Prince Edward Rd. Superb deep fried chicken!
