Mickey, this is a big dim sum basket and so that is a normal size burger. Aleenta's chef Jean Louis knows the good characteristic of bamboo basket as it can store the warmth without droplet inside 倒汗水.

Poly, yes, the French chef of this resort knows how to use this basket but he just made it as a container for food. He is a very creative guy.

As at summer 2011. They have been changing different serving style of in-room dining. This time it's dim sum basket, and it's good to carry.
