Before 4th of July, I pre-celebrated to have a dinner at this restaurant. Anyway, the steak is not marinated with soda powder - check the meat texture on photo 3. The jello is made of Robertson's. Now I know why this restaurant has been here for so many years, not because it's close to the North Point "big hotel" (funeral home).

这家餐厅是不错,而且也算是老字号,相信是北角仅有的.
At my recent visit, I didn't expect it still keeps up its good standard. At least the beef isn't marinated like the others. Anonymous, I agreed. Tsui Wah is now dropping.
