The in-room dining is pretty efficient (within 30 minutes most of the time). Price is not high (Maldives standard) - about US$18-23 for a salad (with a full bread basket) and Khao Mun Gai (photo 5) (surprisingly there is a house Thai chef in this resort) and other dishes are around US$25-30. First time ever I have seen this in a Maldives resort menu. In general, all the dishes are above average.

If the price here is still not considered expensive then it is really pricey for food in Maldive overall.
If we take certain considerations like transportation and the scarcity of water plus not many chefs willing to work in such a remote island....etc., it's not pricey at all.
This is very ture though.
