Never thought I would have stayed at this Airport hotel. All because of the uncertainty of this city in turmoil of the recent months. In order to ensure my travel originating from this city, this hotel is the only choice. So I took on a journey that I used to take in the mid 90's to early 00's when we still used quite a lot of travel agents for buying air tickets. Not even just clothes, daily commodity, houses...etc. are cheaper in BKK, but also air tickets are much cheaper. The point is that you know how to use it, and the trip has to be a medium or long haul to make the journey more justified. In the old days, some travel agents in HK connected agents in BKK for getting the old paper (with copy papers in a stack of 5 copy papers at the most - if you still remember). For example, if you want to have a HKG-LAX-HKG ticket, some HK agent could get a set of tickets from BKK-HKG-LAX-HKG-BKK (4 sectors). Then the HK agent would tear off the sector of BKK-HKG, and supposed you flew that one. In the old day, Airline didn't count how the passengers took on their journey, but counted on the paper ticket sector. The price difference can be HK$4-6k for y class and 10k for c class.
Back to this hotel, the room is not bad, with everything needed. You can take the connection walk way thru' the airport train station at the basement floor, at just 5 minute walking time. Or you can take their hotel shuttle bus at every 10 minute interval.

Is this a new hotel recently or it has been here before?
It's not a new hotel. It has been here ever since (or very close to the opening of) the SUV Airport, i.e. around 2006.
Oh I see.
Thank you Sea for the note.
