To keep a business isn't easy. First thing is not to be too proud, e.g. increasing the price to rocket high - a good example is Hui Lau Shan charging its dessert to HK$40-60. Happy that Moon Kee keeps its dessert price from HK$15-35. Second thing is discerning services - check that small bowl on the right side. It's the supervisor who noticed the staff giving an insufficient portion (the right top), and then asked that staff to make it up, and repeatedly saying sorry. That already caught my loyalty in remembering how good they are. Just as its name - Moon Kee.

I remember during my recent trip with you the same thing happened too.
There was a trainee who did not give enough and the lady told him to give us more.
Is this the same place we went with your brother-in-law from last trip?
