Restaurants with good services would for sure make the dinner a whole lot different, and will also attract more and more customers by the word-of-mouth. Madam T is a good example. On the past several visits, there weren't many customers that we needed an advance booking. This time the ground floor was crowded. The waitress was so thoughtful of opening their 2nd floor and promptly turned on a fan to make the heat gone. In fact, the food wasn't too impressive though not bad - most of the dishes were a bit too sweet to me. However, the ingredients were quite fresh and together with the discerning attentive services, I'd give a 5 star.

It's the 6 star service made up the 4 star food; so it's a 5 star then. :)
You are right, the 6-star service sure will bring up the overall rating of a restaurant.
