Maxim's Chinese restaurant group has been updating their menu to the season. This time I am happy to see some Autumn Winter menu covering dishes like chestnut spare ribs casserole (photo 1), chilled goose web in scallion oil (photo 2) and sliced squash with Yunan ham (photo 3).

Some good authentic Cantonese cuisine from Maxim.
Tonight I tired another nice dish 花菇海參陳皮鴨 准山杞子翡翠苗. Very good and seasonal for this junior Winter.
