Saw some long lines when passing by this shop several times. Thought it should be good. Perhaps there aren't too many Shanghai noodle shop in Taikoo area after Crystal Jade left (except that Crystal Jade has a Chiu Chow restaurant in Kornhill plaza).
The noodle and xiao lon bao are at average. They tried to imitate Din Tai Fong for the thin wrap of xiao lon bao that I don't appreciate. The smoked fish was much too sweet and not deep fried enough before stewing in the sauce. The fried rice is too wet and mashy (even after stir frying). If the prices aren't the same as that of Crystal Jade, I would consider it as an alternate choice in Taikoo area.

Then you know more than me. I don't even know it's on the food magazine. Next time I should read those in order to avoid what they listed.
That is why the old saying "if you believe all from the book then better off not to have the book at all".
The latest scientific report shows that human being is gifted with GPS, meaning we should know how to return to our own place, like Salmon. However, when we rely so much on the technology, we lose that gifted talent. Just like some people see me dial phone no. in my memory and claimed it as amazing, as they relied on the phone book and so many things being synch. without the need to memorize.
