It's been another year we haven't stayed at this room. Its silent and evenly ventilated air-conditioning system is still the best among all the hotels I have ever tried. On the first night, we had a nice sleep but on the second night, something happened. As when we came back in the night time, there was a strong chemical smell in the corridor and the room. So it has caused us 1.5 hours to move to another room on a lower floor. We also witnessed how the hotel moved everything as in the same way of where they were put in the room. Though it's 80% the same, no complaint for this part. However, the floor manager seemed to be a bit too green in handling this case. He first suggested us move to another room on the same floor. He then even forgot to pull down the mosquito net after opening the window. So the next morning, after breakfast, as when we walked back to the room, the front office manager showed up with her apology. She also offered BBQ buffet but I gently turned her down because one of our fellows got sick. After all, we still enjoy our stay and the restaurant of the hotel.

Yes the chemical smell is a bit annoying.
But with their sincere apology, their good attitude trying to make it up, the manager's full attention(she waited to apologise to Sea), their speedy remidial action, also some complimentary tea time plus some waiver of things(like the free soup and shuttle), they still get an A+ from me.
