The hotel offers its guests to try their complimentary tea set as a compensation for the construction being carried out in the old wing (in fact, that wasn't too bothering). It seems to us that not many guests noticed this offer and every time we had our tea set, that would be only us who took that. Maybe the other guests wouldn't bother much to get this tea set.
The cakes are quite the same as their outlets in Paragon and Emporium. The cheese cake is pretty good and not too heavy.

I like this tea time a lot as the cake is good also it is complimentary. It just tells again how MO does a SUPER marketing job.
Yes not too many guests noticed this as most of us do not read carefully the material provided when we checked in.

I just told my agent about this free afternoon tea as his staff is at MO today.
He is not aware of this too.
Good that you are so observant Sea otherwise we will miss out this.
However, the tea set might not be there any longer since I read that letter it was from certain period and for sure it was just until the end of the week of our stay last time.
Oh I see.
So we are just lucky enough to hit the right timing.
