The Japanese style breakfast, Hoshino Tomamu, Hokkaido

The resort has 2 restaurants to serve breakfast.  This one is on the Japanese style breakfast and I can say it has the biggest variety (about 30-40 choices from cold to hot dishes and dessert) on Japanese hotel standard.  Most Japanese hotels may only have 10-15 choices for breakfast.  Some are even worse with just only 5-6, or even a rice roll with miso soup.
Besides, this breakfast is super good from bread, rice, hot and cold food to coffee.

What a big breakfast how much is this?

I think it's about HK$150 if the room doesn't include.

$20 US is reasonable considering in such a nice resort in Hokkaido.

I think this resort is really worth trying for at least 3 to 4 nights, or 1 week.

What is the estimated cost for a 4 night stay here and another 4 night at Tokyo?
Do you know what city holds the Animation Expo and the Electronic Expo?

If booking earlier, each night is about US$110 net covering 2 breakfast. Then train ticket to this place is about HK$500 roundtrip from Sapporo. So the total for 4 nights would be around US$500 including hotel and train cost for 2 persons. Then Tokyo would be around US$500 for 4 night hotel stay. However, I'd recommend you also stay in Sapporo rather than Tokyo. In Sapporo, everything is within easy walking distance but you can find many things from Tokyo at one place.

Thank you best agent on earth.
The cost is cheaper than I thought.
So the hotel price is just like Aria very affordable.

But if in April nothing to see right? If right what place is good and cheap for April with cost of $1,000 US per person excluding air?
Thanks gold medal agent Sea.

Welcome. If it's in April, this resort Hoshino Tomamu would have a break in April for 3 weeks. Then from early May to end of Oct., they switch to a summer resort with more green. I think the facilities are the same, but not in a snowy environment. However, Hokkaido is still nice to check out in summer time. Flowers everywhere. So it depends if you wanna see snow or flowers.
