Passed by this shop several times but somehow didn't give it a try. So this time I tried it and found it a nice surprise. The restaurant offers a lunch set of delicate Japanese full meal. From the menu to the dessert, everything is of a very high professional standard. Flawless. Also, you had the detailed menu on the table to show each course to be served. I have tried the best tempura ever in Japan - very nice deep frying in very refined cooking oil - so light that you won't get the greasy feeling, and the best grilled dishes - very aromatic with honey soy sauce glazed. Most of all, the presentation is really an art piece. Check photo 10 - the black bean. It's on a very thin grass. Very delicate and so artistic. The price is also a big bargain - at just JPY2,850 (aprox. HK$180-200) net! I bet that this kind of high quality Japanese full meal set can be at HK$1,500 to 2,000. This time I have to say "Amazing Hokkaido!".

I remember when I was small I went to the Japanese candy shop in HK it is always so attractive with nice song and decoration.
Japanese is always good at presentation.
Yes, though it may be not good for environmental purpose but if we use it wisely, we can still save it in another way, instead of overeating.
