Though personally I don't like Blue Elephant's stuff, it's a very good marketing tool for HK Airlines to bring in with this iconic brand no board with their premium class catering. The Thai nuts was somewhat too heavily seasoned. The green mango salad was also too seasoned. The main course was much better as it's not on the Blue Elephant's choice. The sweet is their coconut custard - super sweet.

They are very "ho" to use Blue Elephant stuffs.
In fact, HK Airlines has some thoughtful services like slippers and a nice quilt for the business class.
HK people are very smart and make good business sense/cents..
Should specify there is a new airlines called Hong Kong Airlines. They got set up 10 years ago by a group of ex-Dragon Air staff, when CX purchased Dragon Air. Noted that there are some HK airlines and companies which run out of the business.
Oh I see.
So if you go to BKK in fact you have many choices other than CX.
