Deep fried pork chop rice, Shinjuku, Tokyo

There are quite a no. of restaurants in Japan without a proper English name.  I was brought to this place and I wouldn't go in if I wasn't told about it.  Interesting that I walked by this street many times.  Their deep fried coating is quite special with some taro slices on it, making it even more crispy and aromatic.  The rice was nicely cooked to a perfect texture.

The J style Fried Pork Chop Rice is always my favorite.

It's a very difficult deep frying indeed.
