Okinawa cuisine, Freedom Hill, West Tokyo

Walked by this shop and got in for some Okinawa bitter gourd.  To some extent, Okinawa cuisine is quite Chinese.  They use quite a lot of bean sprouts and veggie.  It's nice to try this kind of low cholesterol food.  What's more, their stir frying is very Chinese with powerful wok and fire.
