Omote Nansi chicken restaurant, Minami Aoyama, Tokyo

One thing I like Japanese cuisine is their specific type of cooking or food so that they can be more concentrated on studying the technique and inventing more diverse cooking.  This time this restaurant is about chicken, especially in chicken wings.  In fact, they have had some very nice farm chicken used.  So either it's bbq, steamed, or boiled in rice.  All are above standard.  No complaint!

Oh I see.
Grilled Eggplant is also my favorite J dish besides the Fried Pork Chop and Curry and Sukiyaki and Shabu and Sashimi.
