Tried Paul Taiwan, Paul Dubai and this time it's Singapore. The place got a short queue. At first the reception appeared to be very courteous but the other waiters being too cool and even careless in taking order. Forgot the iced mocha without cream, and the croissant being warm enough (only warm on the outside and yet they use microwave to warm it, and so resulting in a hard-to-chew croissant). Check the last photo: not a full size drink and yet the iced mocha wasn't replaced with a new one but just taking out the cream. Looks awful and this photo can be sent to Paul Int'l as Paul has a very strict standard with their products. The other drink is a mint chocolate shake (but too milky - almost no chocolate in it). On the company's side, this could be a big saving.

Cannot imagine Paul S'Pore can be so different than Paul BKK or others.
Same brand name different quality at different place with different manager and chef I guess.
I remember the very old days, MO cafe in Emporium. They made a very wrong mistake - microwave the bread. I repeatedly told them they shouldn't microwave such some nice breads made.
Har microwave the bread? This is too creative.
