Have been to quite many Hyatt Regency hotels and almost 90% didn't disappoint me (the 10% are from the Grand Cafe and Grassini of Grand Hyatt HK). When I first visited this ex-Hyatt Regency cafe, their chicken rice impressed me a lot - far much better than Chatter Box (in hotel category). I'm happy that this new cafe has continued the legacy, though it's not about just a chicken rice.
The breakfast offers a wide variety of fruit juices. There are also some local delicacy like Fukien stir fried noodles and turnip cakes. Fresh fruits are also selected, like strawberry. The only minor is the table setting - a bit too congested like food court. I believe this relates to the local food court culture.
