Been seeing increasing food courts in Singapore. Some shopping malls even have 2 and yet they are very big. Some famous street stalls moved in this type of chain food court like Food Republic. The good thing is to enjoy all these local food in a better environment.
I prefer the white spare soup (pepper one) as the spare ribs taste better with the original pork flavour. This time I tried their signature pork knuckle. Very tender and not greasy. This place is worth a visit.

I love the spare rib soup and the chicken rice in S'Pore.
Also the coconut ice cream in young coconut.
