Folie Royale, Annecy,, SE France

This shop was quite crowded that we had to return to try our luck after a 20 minute walk around.  The person looking after the shop was quite enthusiastic about showing us how this shop used to be - a post office of more than 100 years ago.  We were shown where the horse stable was and some remains of the post office.
As almost every table we saw most people having a hot choco. drink, we wouldn't be left alone.  The hot choco. was very rich and thick, as if I was drinking a melted chocolate bar.  Besides, we ordered the big size.  We should have got a smaller one, since I had to put some water to dilute it - almost getting a 50% extra.  After all, it's a very nice hearty drink after a bike ride.  The pastry was a bit too sweet to me though not too bad.
