Yes, 99.9% of the shops in Tokyo offer this kind of bags. Even Dunhill offers this but at a price of JPY50,000 (US$58). I almost feel in this trap but finally my senses pulled me out. The 0.1% would be Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Jil Sander...etc. I think it's only for the New Year's 2nd day, i.e. 2nd Jan.
