2. Guess what for the line - it's the 1/1/10 new burger being served - triple deckers. Haven't seen Wendy's for a long time.
3. busy as usual.
4. Almost all the shops closed for the 1st day of New Year.
5. Nishi (west) Shinjuku.

Jan 1 is also Japanese New Year and therefore most of the shops closed.
As I noticed every Jan 1 the Japanese restaurants in LA all closed so I asked the owner at SHABB(77 N. Raymond) in Old Pasadena on New Year Eve and he told me the reason.
Yes, just like the 1st day of Chinese New Year. :)
