To my memory, most of the Hyatt Regency's restaurants do keep up quite a good standard of service and food quality. This one is not left alone. Tried their lunch and Thai dinner buffet. In general, their Thai food is better than their western one, especially their somtam and stir fried noodles were quite impressive, though it was quite hot and spicy.

Do they ask you to eat the garlic, red peper and the cheese?
Those are just something decorative on the buffet table.
