The resort has a restaurant village (about 15 restaurants coming from different area of Hokkaido). So on the first night, we couldn't resist from this one serving sashimi don. Before the sashimi don, we got a big seafood salad and something hot - a crab meat congee. All these are just at less than HK$350. The sashimi don is good for 2 persons and it has a big portion of sea urchin, big scallops and salmon roes. Very fresh and the rice was perfectly cooked.

I think this is cheaper than J food in HK for the same quality and quantity.
Yes, and in fact price index has been going up for the recent years in HK.
I think HK will beat New York too.
LA and BKK are the cheapest.
