This villa is about US$300 per night. If we compare it to those other foreign villas at the same standard, it may not be that much. However, as compared to the pool access room which is US$110, this pricing is a bit too high. It claimed as a beachfront, but it's not. At least with a road in front and about 100 meters away from the sea. One more disadvantage is that the other villa is too close without any partition. Quite odd if you aren't with another acquaintance.
