Neither of them. It's in Bali Island.
Thank you Sea.Bali is very beautiful but I was told it is quite expensive compared to BKK.
Some areas are quite high end and expensive, but some aren't. Balinese are very friendly but unfortunately the tourists crowd bring in not just the tourists.
Indonesians are overall very friendly like Thais.
