Breakfast at the Regent Beijing, China

1. freshly squeezed orange juice and a nice coffee is a good start for the day. 2. of course, with my favourite rye bread and olive bread.

3. some cold cut, veggie, orange slices with a wheat croissant. 4. sausages, ham, bacon, mushroom and tomato.

5. Round up the meal with a waffle, mini muffin, fresh fruits, mixed nuts and raisins. It's the best breakfast I have ever tried in the hotels I have stayed in mainland China - I mean mainland China standard. Doesn't mean their food quality is bad but for instance, the chef may use their bare hands to put the pastry on the table. The yoghurt is placed on a big bowl. The food clips are placed on the food, not on the side - your hands would get sticky from the food.

Is this complimentary breakfast?

It's included in the room rate, not complimentary. :) The surface charge is about RMB150 (US$20).

Thanks for the note.
$20 US for this is not cheap in China.
