Charcoal strap grilled steak with rice炭燒坑紋牛扒飯, Tai Hing BBQ shop (*5 skeleton heads)


When I passed by this shop again and noticed they highlighted this dish, I went in for a try as I didn't see any queue. As I further noticed inside the shop, something wasn't right. It was 12:30noon and it's only 60% full. The fun time started just 30 seconds after I ordered. So no time to worry much. Apparently everything was already prepared. As you can see and if anyone who has tried those electric non-sticky grilling machine, they should know the effect of grilling meat in such machine. This is it. Where is the charcoal aroma? As when I tried the rice to make me feel better, wow, it's watery inside in the middle of the rice. So disgusting!
