In Hokkaido, how could I not try a bowl of ramen? This shop was very crowded on the first night of my trip. On the 2nd night, I found it quite empty (but then crowded). There I went in for a nice Cha Shiu ramen. The soup base is so nice and the noodle in a perfect texture. This meal is the best among the others I tried in Hokkaido.

The Char Siu Ramen looks good but kind of small portion.
It's not so small. Just the 2 bowls placed together may look small.
