Not only just one restaurant but also quite many other restaurants have served the dishes so quickly that you should enjoy it right in a minute (or second). They do not study on how to garnish it. I do agree that freshly made dishes are already a 50% better than those beautifully decorated dishes. The pizza, salad and risotto are superb in this restaurant. Noticed that it's getting crowded after 7pm.

So the pace in Italy is like HK not France.
In some way it is but the stores close at 7-8pm and Sunday.
Stores in LA close at 5 to 6 pm on Sunday.
