Since the late 90's, airlines have been in rival with each other in making their business class not just a wider seat. First BA launched their flat bed seat. Later on, Virgin launched their all seats aisle accessible and foot massage service for business class . When A380 got on the hands of Emirates, there went a lounge bar on the upper deck for business class and the shower service. Personally, I find it a bit unnecessary for this lounge. Instead, they should make their seats more spacious by taking out this lounge area. It's a bit awkward this lounge and the whole section of business class are placed in the rear part of the plane, where is nosier and in a less priority for getting off the plane.
