There are 2 saunas, 1 steam room, 1 foot bath, 1 ice fountain and a shower in the spa of this hotel. The Bio Sauna sets red, orange and green light which are said to heal redness, wrinkle and puffy skin. The Finnish sauna was a bit too hot but I think that's the traditional Finnish style.
