I always enjoy browsing the ad. display outside the real estate agent shops. Just to see how some creative names can be there. On the bottom right, Kornhill can be described in such a heavenly paradise. It's really sad in some way but happy to see how people make the best out of the worst.

That is why they are so adaptable and can survive thru any situation...

That might be those who are late 30's to 100's..... The younger generation is indeed much too spoiled, at least most of them.
