The hotel is on the outskirt of downtown but not far as it takes only 5-10 min. walk to the main area. This hotel reminds me of some hotels in Taiwan that a mansion is shared for certain floors for the hotels and the others as the residence. This one takes the first 2 floors of the building. So it's not many rooms available. However, the service and front office are very helpful in every way. The room is very tidy and clean too and in a pleasant lemon and green color tune.

Yes, it's a very cozy one and not very expensive - about US$110 incl. breakfast (summer here is a peak season).
The price is so cheap for a peak season.
