I believe this restaurant is the best among all those I have tried in Florence, in terms of service and food quality. The lady who served us is very elegant from the way she smiled subtly and gently spoke. As when she knew we shared all the dishes, she asked for the waiter to split all the dishes in 2 plates for serving. Very thoughtful indeed! I really hope to come back here soon for another meal.

Here for split dish they charge $5 to 8 US per dish.
that's quite much for the extra charge. This restaurant in Florence didn't have any extra charge.
Most of the high end Italian restaurants here have fee charge for split dishes.
But if we order 5 dishes for 5 people then they do not care if we share(since we order enough and they earn enough I guess).
This restaurant isn't a high end restaurant but they can be really thoughtful about this. I still remember that elegant lady's subtle smile.
If the solid soup one can rank #2, this shall rank #1 in Florence.
Plus many others can be #3,4,5,6.... on top of that solid soup shop.
