Some HK travel agents promoted this resort last year's end when it was first opened, but the price wasn't too attractive at around HK$5-6k for a water villa. As when I recently checked it was dropped to only HK$2.1k, the price did drew my attention, and so gave it a try.
However the seaplane cost is quite high at around US$540 since the resort is quite far away for about 45 minute ride (usually going to South Ari Atoll) takes about 25 minutes at around US$350-400.
Another higher price is their restaurant and room service menu. A sandwich at around US$25++ and a main around US$40-60. It's actually the prices of MO HK.
So the cheaper room could be balanced with the food prices. After all, the room is very comfy and clean. Seldom I could sleep again after wake up. So this would be a double plus.

So the cheaper room rate is made up with higher food cost.
Still looks good to me considering this is high end resort in Maldives.
Yes, they do look good though the price doesn't.
If you include the fresh air, the nice sky, the white sand, the good smell from the sea, the close up with all the live seafood and lobster below you, also the romantic view at night into the calculation then the price is reasonable.
True that apart from the restaurant's issue, all others made up for this flaw.
