The Victoria Annex, Eastern & Oriental Hotel Penang

The hotel has 2 annexes (Heritage the old one) and (Victoria the new one).  The pool of this annex takes a better and higher sea view but the pool water is quite chilling due to the insufficient sunshine as blocked by this high rise annex.
