月萍豆芽鷄 (Yuet Ping Bean Sprout Chicken), Penang

The shop's deco and the food presentation drew my attention to promptly give it a try.  I guess it's the best meal I have tried for this kind of local food.  The bean sprout from Ipoh is very sweet and crunchy.  The chicken meat reminds me of the very old days of the Chicken rice by an old madam in China Town of Bangkok - very tender, juicy and rich in chicken meat flavour.  We ordered an extra dish...

I remember the Ipoh Chicken Ho Fun Soup was very good.
The Ho Fun was silky smooth.
