Noted that the general services have been going down in the Crystal Jade outlets in Bangkok, though their food quality is still maintained. When we were at this new (actually not new, but just I hesitated to try over the past year since it was opened last year) place, we asked for a bigger table for 5-6 persons, but then pushed to sit at a 4 person table. That was already 7:30pm and as noted from the below photo 2, no one was there. That is apparently a robotic training inherited from its mother group place. As we were pretty hungry, we had no choice but ate as fast as we could so that we could run for a coffee from this "mandatory" eatery. No next time!

So you mean the service and food are not good in this one.
The food is very good, but just no service and even their service frustrated you from going there next time.
