There are about 50 units in this resort but more than half are vacant or not for daily rental. Climbed up to the highest penthouse unit. The view is superb though.
Sorry need to clarify. Only 50% of the units are for hotel guests' daily stay. The remaining 50% are either for sale or long term rental. However, I noticed most of them aren't furnished. A good place for rats. :)

50% occupancy rate is below average.
