Just like other Asian cities, there is a growing no. of trendy restaurants, dessert shops and cafes in Taipei. This one has its 8% (fat) theme ice cream. Got a green tea ice cream and a blue berry one at NTD200. Quality-wise, it's above the average. I like it to be not so sweet.
