CX holiday often has some bargain deals for certain nice and trendy hotels. This time I chose their package with this newly established hotel Humble House in Shin Yi District (where 101 is). The added benefit is that if you book for 3 nights, you can get a guaranteed (I prefer this more affirmative term, instead of "complimentary upgrade subject to availability) upgrade to a premier room (1/3rd larger than the standard room and the room only rate on many travel sites is about HK$3,500 without ABF. However, CX package with ticket is just HK$3,400 for 3 nights with ABF on share twin basis.
My first impression is the whole team of the staff being very polite and attentive, as well as efficient. No complaint. The room is spacious, clean and with everything very unique. The curtain will auto-turn down when you leave the room, and turn up when you insert the key card. The toilet is also automatic that the lid would open up when it censors someone getting close, and de-odour when it's in use. So "humble"!
