The restaurant serves breakfast (from 8-10am), lunch (12:30 - 2:30pm) and dinner buffet (7:30-9:30pm). Under the All Inclusive package, you can order most of the drink, but I still chose water and diet coke. In general, all the food are above average and the chefs are very thoughtful in changing all the food for every meal. So you wouldn't be bored with each buffet.

All inclusive is also common in cancun and cruise too. Good deal.
But if I don't drink much, it's not worth to me. Just the price difference is a hundred USD, then I took it anyway. :)
