Among all the room types, I'd prefer this one as the living room with a very high ceiling. Also, there is a balcony on the outside. So nice to go outside for a fresh breath at such a high elevation. The only draw back is that the upper floor doesn't have a close partition that the noise can be heard from the living room, vice versa (the last photo).
