Astoux & Brun, Seafood restaurant, Cannes, Southern France

This restaurant is my regular choice whenever I am in Cannes.  The seafood platter (Euros 85) really appealled your appetite when it was served.  Another nice dish is the plain pasta - no butter, no olive oil.  Just freshly boiled pasta with a strong flour aroma was what I prefer.  This way we can have something hot while taking some chilled tasty seafood (with a strong sea salty flavour).  A perfect match!  Their fish soup is not to be missed either.  What's more, endive in France is very different from the endive I tried in Asia.  It tasted so fresh and bitter sweet.  Really like eating fruits and veggie in Southern France!
