The pros of getting an apt. are those you have a homey feeling, more space, a full kitchen, a comfy living room. The cons are the contacting of the local agent, the required check-in and check-out time, the emergency contact when some situations happened, i.e. power failure (it did happened 3 times during our stay but we managed to switch the power back). This apt. is good for a group of friends staying for gathering. However, the design is a bit not practical. The air-con. can't go in the room on the ground floor. The loft floor is too short for a person who is shorter than 1 meter to pass; so we had to crawl onto the bed. Then remember you had to be alert when you are waking up for the toilet. Well, it happened we hit the ceiling and got bruised.

Very nice apartment excluding the part you may hit your head on the loft.
