CX and Air Lanka has a special package for Maldives and BKK with HK$1,000 as an add-on, but the down side is that you need to take 2am flight from Maldives to Sri Lanka and then morning flight to BKK. Anyway, my recommendation is to take Malaysia Airlines for taking a free stop in KL. :)

2 am is nothing Sea if for only $1000HK. If cheaper in 4 am I can take that too. Or 5 am.
As long as fare is cheap I can fly any time red eye or blue eye does not matter.
