The hotel's look is very similar to the East HK. Everything is good, but unfortunately (it's an overall issue) they don't care about letting their staff smoking in the lavatories (from the gym to the restaurants).
Not only they don't care about staff smoking, they also don't care about staff's health or the custoemr's health. China is still very hehind from HK in many ways.

This smoking issue may not be settled within this couple of decades.
May be another "50 years no change".
They are consistent with their promise.
